More InformationMedical Automation cell (Campetella — A1-1203)
Campetella presents a solution for pharmaceutical 5 ml single-dose strips, combining traceability, rapid configuration and short qualification. The cell combines Concept and Spin robots in medical execution for ISO7 cleanroom production, with 3D HMI and Egicon vision.
Modula FP StreamLine (Engel — A5-5203+5204)
The StreamLine configuration combines IML with an output conveyor for manual boxing or lean setup. It produces thin-wall cups with a 6-cavity Bazigos mold on a 380-ton Engel IMM, with cycles up to 3.6 s, 1.1 s in-mold intervention and up to 8 hours of label-magazine autonomy.
Modula FP AutoPack (BMB — A4-4105)
The integrated version adds automated boxing to the IML cell. It produces oval containers with an 8-cavity Otto Hofstetter mold on a 450-ton BMB EKW 45 HP IMM, with automated boxing, multi-carton magazine, cycles up to 4 s and 100% quality control.
Modula GS (Campetella — A1-1203)
The Modula GS demonstrates ultra-high-speed take-out, with a telescopic carbon-fiber arm enabling in-mold intervention times down to 0.35 s. It combines speed and precision for thin-wall parts.
GS2 X-Series (Milacron/Ferromatik — A3-3208)
This high-speed top-entry robot performs take-out and IML on a 180-ton Ferromatik IMM, producing 500 ml containers with a 2-cavity GlaroForm mold. Its carbon-fiber vertical axis reduces intervention time and footprint.
CX1 (JSW — Hall B1, booth 1304)
The compact CX1 E-Series evo automates small/medium-tonnage IMMs. Its cantilevered extraction axis avoids hopper collisions, with brushless servomotors and ±0.1 mm repeatability. At JSW, it produces screw caps on a 100-ton JADS100-180U IMM.
SP3R (KT-Sakkas/Oesterle Formenbau — Hall B2, booth 2205)
The SP3R features a new 7-inch panel and software enhancements. At Fakuma it handles a stacking-box application on an FCS CT-120e IMM, previewing the standard model’s upgrade with 2 vacuum lines and 2 gripper commands.
